OPW Engineered Systems, part of OPW's Fluid segment within Dover Corporation (NYSE:DOV), has added the RM140W Rack Monitor to its complete line of terminal solution offerings. Built for truck or rail loading in petro-chemical applications, the RM140W protects against overfills and continuously monitors the grounding connection, increasing safety at the point of transfer.

OPW Engineered Systems, part of OPW's Fluid segment within Dover (NYSE:DOV), announced the sale of its Sure Seal product line to NIBCO Inc., based in Elkhart, IN. NIBCO is a recognized leading provider of valves, fittings and flow control products for commercial, industrial and institutional construction as well as residential and irrigation markets.

OPW announces the promotion of David Gibble to Product Manager for OPW Engineered Systems within its Chemical & Industrial (C&I) business unit. Prior to this appointment, Gibble was part of the Inside Sales Team for OPW Engineered Systems. In this newly formed position, Gibble will report directly to Dave Morrow, Director of Product Management – OPW Chemical & Industrial.

OPW, a global leader in fluid-handling solutions and a business unit within Dover's (NYSE: DOV) Fluids segment, today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Liquip International ("Liquip") headquartered in Smithfield, NSW, Australia.

OPW is pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Morrow to Director of Product Management for its Chemical & Industrial (C&I) business unit. Prior to this appointment, Morrow was the Product Manager for OPW Engineered Systems, an OPW brand and the leading manufacturer of loading arm and coupling systems for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of hazardous materials.

In this position, Gooding will be responsible for the global pricing and marketing strategies, global customer-relationship development and all North American sales activities for the complete lines of Civacon and Knappco dry-bulk product lines.

OPW manufacturing facilities will be conducting an inventory review in December.
