OPW Fluid Transfer Group President, Tim Warning, announced today that the company has made several strategic organizational changes to align OPW's substantial resources to further enhance the organization's ability to provide its global customer base with industry-leading solutions.

The Brazilian operations of OPW Fueling Components (OPW-FC) and OPW Fluid Transfer Group (OPW-FTG) have been joined to further strengthen the presence and actions of these important divisions of Dover Corporation in Brazil.

Warning will take over for David Crouse who was recently appointed President of OPW Fueling Components, another Dover company. Tim will report directly to Dover Fluid Solutions Platform President, S. "Soma" Somasundaram.

OPW Fluid Transfer Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Tippie to the position of Vice President of Asia-Pacific & Latin America. In this role, Mr. Tippie will be responsible for the overall growth and development of OPW Fluid Transfer Group’s products within those regions.

OPW Fluid Transfer Group Europe B.V., part of Dover Corporation, will be presenting a workshop at the upcoming Next Generation Pharmaceutical Summit 2007 that is scheduled for October 2 – 4, 2007 at the Royal Plaza in Montreux, Switzerland. Herman Suelmann, Sales Manager Valves, will address attendees at the upcoming Summit on the important aspects of fluid handling equipment within the pharmaceutical industry.

Dover Resources, a division of Dover Corporation announced today the promotion of David Crouse to the position of President of its OPW Fluid Transfer Group effective April 1, 2007. Crouse will take over for John Anderson who is retiring as the group's President, a position he has held since the group was formed in 1998. David will report directly to Dover Resources President, David Ropp.

The seminars took place in São Paulo, Brazil on November 21-22, 2006 and brought together representatives from many countries throughout North and South America. Hosted by Clorosur, the association representing the Chlorine and Alkalis industry in South America, the seminars are focused on educating the chlorine, alkalis and derivatives' manufacturing and transportation industries on the proper handling techniques and systems throughout the supply chain.

Due to the safety concerns in handling all types of biofuels and the aggressive nature of ethanol in particular, OPW Fluid Transfer Group is currently conducting tests of several types of fluid-handling products for compatibility with various metals and seals. The company manufactures products that are used in the production process, transportation, terminalling and loading/unloading of biofuels. OPW Fluid Transfer Group has committed many resources to help the biofuels industry meet their needs of safe and long-lasting products.
