CINCINNATI, OHIO – March 3, 2009 – OPW Fueling Components, A Dover Company (NYSE: DOV) and the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, announced today that it has promoted Rahul Deshmukh from VP, OPW Dispensing Products, a position he has held for the past 16 months, to the position of General Manager of its newly formed OPW-FC Business Unit. OPW recently streamlined its six business unit structure into three as part of a new strategic growth initiative introduced by OPW President, David Crouse. The three business units are OPW Fueling Components (OPW-FC), Fueling Containment Systems (OPW-FCS) and Fuel Management Systems (OPW-FMS).
The OPW-FC business unit will be responsible for OPW's Dispensing products and systems, AST products and systems, CleanEnergy™ Fueling Products, and Richards' products.
Mr. Deshmukh will report directly to the President with complete P&L, Operating, and Balance Sheet responsibilities for the OPW-FC business unit. He will be responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term growth strategies and initiatives across all disciplines of the OPW-FC business unit.

Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Bombay - India and a Masters of Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business, Washington University, St. Louis, MO.

(A division of Emerson Process Management); Manager-Strategic Planning and Business Development for Emerson Process Management (A business segment of Emerson) St. Louis, MO; and Operations Manager for Varun Polymol Organics Ltd. in Bombay, India.
