Mr. Pliska will assume his new responsibilities effective January 1, 2012, and will report directly to OPWFTG president, Tim Warning.

Mr. Pliska will oversee the global Transportation Business Unit that markets Civacon, Knappco, Hiltap, OPW Engineered Systems and Midland brand products. Mr. Wei earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Australia. He is a proven global business leader with 20 years of experience. Mr. Wei is multilingual and fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Most recently, as General Manager, he contributed to the General Electric Intelligent Platform. Prior to that, he contributed to the success of Emerson Electric for fourteen years as a Business Director and Operations Manager.
