CINCINNATI, OHIO – OPW, A Dover Company (NYSE: DOV) and the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, announced today that it has named Ann Miller Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Miller will report directly to OPW president, David Crouse.
Ms. Miller will have global responsibility for OPW’s Human Resources initiatives. Ann’s appointment is part of the company’s strategic growth initiative introduced in 2009 by OPW President, David Crouse. In 2009, Mr. Crouse realigned the company into three primary business units: OPW Fueling Components (OPW-FC), Fueling Containment Systems (OPW-FCS) and Fuel Management Systems (OPW-FMS) and three global business units: OPW Asia Pacific, OPW EMEA and OPW South America.

Prior to joining OPW, Ann was the Human Resource Leader for the Global Supply Chain within General Electric’s Measurement & Control Solutions.
Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Myers University in Cleveland, Ohio and an MBA from Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio.
