CINCINNATI, OHIO – March 3, 2009 – OPW Fueling Components, A Dover Company (NYSE: DOV) and the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, announced today that it has promoted Eric Riffle from Manager, Product Development, a position he has held for the past 2 years, to the position of Director, Engineering of its newly formed OPW-FC Business Unit. OPW recently streamlined its six business unit structure into three as part of a new strategic growth initiative introduced by OPW President, David Crouse. The three business units are OPW Fueling Components (OPW-FC), Fueling Containment Systems (OPW-FCS) and Fuel Management Systems (OPW-FMS).
The OPW-FC business unit will be responsible for OPW's Dispensing products and systems, AST products and systems, CleanEnergy™ Fueling Products, and Richards' products.
Mr. Riffle will report directly to the General Manager with complete design engineering and product development responsibilities for the OPW-FC business unit. He will be responsible for both sustaining engineering and new product development initiatives and strategies. Initially, Mr. Riffle's primary role is to lead the design engineering function as it transitions into a unified team for the OPW-FC business unit. In this new role, Eric Riffle will also be responsible for leading and investing in growth of the OPW Engineering Design Center in India.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and is a trained Six Sigma Blackbelt.
Before joining OPW, Mr. Riffle served in a wide range of engineering and leadership positions with Gilbarco, Inc. (a division of Danaher) including the position of Manager, Global Vapor Recovery.
