634TTM Well Cap Kit
The OPW 634TTM Well Cap Kit is designed to install onto a 4" slotted PVC monitoring well. The cap is marked "Do Not Fill" to clearly identify the monitoring well. A cast aluminum adaptor ring is set-screwed to the top of the slotted PVC well, and the cap mates with the ring. The 634TTM can be locked with a padlock or a wire seal.
